Forged to be used by a high performer: For the body ZEUS Barbell, when traveling or if you want to work out from home ACHILLES Minimalist, and for your mindset and heartset STOIC Mindset. These programs are "evergreen", meaning they never end. We program 6-8 week cycles with max rep testing at the end of each cycle. Then we start a new 6-8 week cycle and build on your new rep maxes and add new exercises and skills. Intelligent, effective and time saving!

Low equipment work outs. All you need is a Kettlebell or a pair of Dumbbells. At home or when traveling. Pure simplicity and strenght fit for a Greek Hero. Functional and builds calisthenics skills.
